Contrabbassista e tubista statunitense, (Los Angeles, California, 18.7.1919 – 29.10.1988). [A.T.] American double bass and tuba player (Los Angeles, California, 18.7.1919 - 29.10.1988). After dedicating himself to his study work, Comfort participates in numerous recordings with Frank Sinatra for Capital. The solidity of his time and the sound' roundness allow him to make a high figure in all contexts: replacing Johnny Miller in the Nat King Cole trio without causing regrets was not a trivial matter.
